Woman Punches Out McDonald?s Window Over McNuggets

TOLEDO, Ohio - Police say an Ohio woman punched through a McDonald?s drive-through window because she couldn?t get Chicken McNuggets. Twenty-four-year-old Melodi Dushane has pleaded not guilty to a vandalism charge in Toledo. Police were called Friday to the restaurant where she allegedly became upset because chicken nuggets weren?t available. Police say Dushane was treated for injuries, then jailed. She was released on a recognizance bond and ordered not to have contact with the restaurant.

New York - A prominent Columbia architecture professor punched a female university employee in the face at a Harlem bar during a heated argument about race relations. Police busted Lionel McIntyre, 59, for assault yesterday after his bruised victim, Camille Davis, filed charges. The professor, who is black, had been engaged in a fiery discussion about “white privilege” with Davis, who is white, and another male regular, who is also white when fists started flying, patrons said....More

RadioShack employee punches customer

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – A Radio Shack employee in Eau Claire is facing disorderly conduct and battery charges for punching a customer.

Police say the customer was trying to return an item Sunday, but the employee wouldn't let him. The customer then asked to talk to a manager.

That's when the 52-year-old male employee began punching the man. A bystander called 911.

The employee is due in court May 19.
