Arizona - He is Arizona?s most popular politician and arguably America?s toughest sheriff, but today Joe Arpaio faces his biggest challenge: a grand jury investigation that could cost him his office. He reduced inmate meals from three to two a day, claiming to serve the cheapest prisoner meal in the U.S. at just 15 cents each. Moldovan soldiers given onions to fight swine flu

CHISINAU, Moldova (AP) -- Moldova's army is feeding its soldiers onions and garlic to help them ward off swine flu.

Defense Ministry chief doctor Col. Sergiu Vasislita says about 0.9 ounces (25 grams) of onions and 0.5 ounces (15 grams) of garlic will be added to each soldier's daily diet. That roughly corresponds to a small onion and a couple of garlic cloves...More

Woman allegedly bites boyfriend's lip in fight

SAN ANGELO – A woman was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon — her teeth — after allegedly biting off part of her boyfriend's lip in a domestic dispute on Sunday night. Aubrey Joyce Garcia, 27, remained in the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday with bail set at $30,000. Bradley Miles, her attorney, could not be reached for comment.

Her boyfriend, Antonio Zaragoza, 33, was treated at a hospital and released.

Teeth are considered a weapon because they allegedly were used to disfigure a person, officials said.

If convicted, Garcia faces up to 99 years in prison.

Stupid News-Man tosses gas bomb in fight, sets own cars ablaze

BITHLO, Fla. – Authorities said a man threw a Molotov cocktail at his neighbor's trailer, but the wind shifted and set fire to two cars, a pickup and a travel trailer in the man's own yard. The Florida Highway Patrol reported that a 51-year-old man got into a fight with his neighbor on Tuesday night and threw the makeshift gasoline bomb.

Authorities believe alcohol was involved.

The man faces multiple charges, including arson. He was being held at the Orange County Jail.
