Texas CHL License said...

Although I will be the first to admit that I am no expert on Milwaukee laws, I am fairly certain though that the laws in Milwaukee are indeed similar to those here in Texas in regards to concealed handgun licensing.

In Texas, any church or place of worship may restrict members or visitors from carrying a concealed handgun inside the building if properly posted. By properly posting, I am referring to the wording stated in Texas Penal Code 30.06.

In other words, most states which offer individuals concealed handgun licenses also offer commercial establishments the ability to restrict individuals from carrying on their premises. Just because you have a concealed handgun permit doesn't mean you can carry a handgun when and/or where ever you want to.
